This frame is a self-deprecating, ironic homage to Berlin’s new cosmopolitan creative and fashion scene. It was created for the typical customer at Lunettes. Our design plays with the cliché of an artist wearing heavy, distinctive black glasses that are just slightly too big. The shape was inspired mainly by design icons of the 50s and 60s, when bold, heavy frames had their best day. Artsy-Fartsy goes well with soft cashmere, cool linen and especially with fine wit and a sly wink.
